We try to ship all orders within 5 days, unless it is during the busy season or we are holding your order for an item to come in. We provide you with our low  prices.You may order from our catalog with full confidence that you will be 100% satisfied or we will gladly replace any item or items that you return within twenty days of receipt, or refund your purchase price. Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 3 days from the date of receipt. Replacements will be shipped and, if necessary, pre-paid return labels will be mailed to you for return of the damaged merchandise. Returns of non-damaged goods are accepted with prior authorization and there is a restocking fees of 20% . No returns are accepted after 30 days. We are NOT to be held liable for any damages NOT reported by the customer after 3 days. ALL returns are paid by the customer. Although we do offer 100% customer satisfaction, this always applies to the customer compliance with the 20 days rule. After twenty days, most items carry an additional manufacturer’s warranty that you will receive with the item. We ship all orders via United Parcel Service (UPS), but do from time to time use alternative shipping methods. ANY SPECIAL ORDERS COMPLETED FOR THE CUSTOMER BY MANUAL SEARCH HAS Shipping and Handling charges include actual freight charges and a nominal fee for packaging and other costs in preparing your order for delivery. The minimum charge for freight is based on a one pound package. The first pound is the most expensive. Additional pounds are much less expensive. Therefore the more you order, the cheaper the shipping cost per item will be. All sales final, if returned, due to the sales price a restock fee of 20% will take place and be deducted from customers refund.
